We stopped in at Blue Mountain on a Sunday afternoon and had a wonderful dinner and shared a slice of Tornado cake. We really enjoyed talking to Frances; the service and food were exceptional!!
Awesome food, fabulous staff, and unique place!!
Great food, great folks.
Don't waste your time with the other restaurants in Jasper, Blue Mountain is by far the best. Food is delicious with a good variety, pizza, sandwhiches, specials. Plus baked goods and lattes and such. Wasnt expecting much after some dissapointing meals at nearby cafes but Blue Mountain was a wonderful experience. Lovely atmosphere and great service as well
All I can say is delicious. Personally I prefer this cafe over the Ozark cafe hands down. The food tastes fresh and comes out hot. They were able to accommodate our gluten allergy. The service was fast but also laid back with that hometown feel. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.
Yallllll the desserts 🤤. Fantastic place to eat. Must stop by if you are anywhere near Jasper.
We absolute loved visiting this place. It will be the only restaurant that we visit twice on out trip to the area and may visit a third time before we leave. My wife is a chef and we rarely find a place that we fall in love with. Do yourself a favor and leave room for the desert called "The Thing" and you can thank me later.
Food wasn't bad, service lacked. Won't be back, and wished I'd gone to the Ozark Cafe near by.
We had a large group of people who were all on a car tour with us. We had pre ordered our food. First the service was over the top amazing! The food was great and the dessert was delicious! I can't say enough about how much we (52 people) enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend it!
A great little place to have breakfast while exploring the Ozarks. A mix of old and new with their style. Friendly and down-to-earth service, with excellent tasting food. I recommend dropping in to Jasper for this treat.
We are Dutch Oven cooks in the Jasper Elk Festival each year. It is our yearly tradition to go to Blue Mountain for Sunday breakfast. It is certainly one of the highlights of our trip. The people there are so friendly and the food is so delicious! I highly recommend Blue Mountain Bakery & Cafe!
Happened to visit by chance. Loved the hospitality. The girl at the counter was very friendly. I'll definitely visit again.
Fantastic service, great latte, breakfast was fresh and tasty, coming back tomorrow. Nice friendly vibe, local jams, pickles and jellies too. Mary Jane helped us and was lovely.
Great food. Good service.
Omlette was perfect and eggs, biscuit and gravy, and pancake were wonderful. Portions are large and very reasonably priced. Service was great. Kept my coffee cup full and helped us figure out where to go hike.
Suuuuuuper friendly folk and awesome service. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow My wife and I ordered the "Thing"! A mountain of sweet goodness topped with pecans. We shared the monster and still could not eat it all!
Great food and service.
This is my second visit to Blue Mountain Bakery. It was great both times. The service is fast and friendly and the food is amazing. This place is a must if you are in Jasper.
Nice ,cute ,trendy eatery in Jasper. Tastey delicious food. Very delightful staff. Yummy baked goods
We have gone here the last 4 years on our annual spring break trip, the food and service are always amazing! You can't go wrong with their cinnamon rolls or a delicious pineapple shake.
Love the staff and friendly environment. The food is wonderful. I usually get the chicken taco salad. The chips are homemade and delicious. The special is usually out of this world. Dawn and the staff here kill it.
Great food, Great folks, awesome environment. We had breakfast, baked goods and ice cream here over a 2 day period and all of it was perfect!
Wonderful place to recharge. Atmosphere is down home and everyone is welcome. The coffee hit the spot. Biscuit and gravy were great, but the absolute “must-have” are the skillet potatoes! Oh. My. Goodness! Delicious to say the least - Headed back today!
Such a wonderful place. Operated by two wonderful ladies the day I was there. Introduced me to an amazing Peanut Butter Cookie and a great cup of coffee. I will always go back.
Excellent breakfast. Fast, good service
Cute cafe. We stopped in just for a snack while walking around town. I got the lemon bar which was good but I would say it was more of a lemon flavored flaky pastry. My boyfriend got a sundae which he liked and you get so much ice cream!
Stopped by here when I was passing through the area. Friendly and welcoming staff. Drinks were great and their ice cream is delicious! Really good scoop ice cream. Didn't have any of the pastries, but they looked tasty. They have a little shopping section for jams and jellies and that kind of thing.
Very friendly people, had bread pudding muffin it was delicious enjoy it. I must stop again if I get back through there it's a good trip from Anderson SC.
Omg guys! I'm from out of town. My family and I came out to camp on the buffalo for a couple days and had an amazing time. Our last day we were headed out of town and decided to stop at this joint for a bite to eat! Let me just say, EVERYTHING WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!! This is one of those hole in the wall small town places where everything is made from scratch with an authentic southern touch! The service was awesome the environment was friendly and down home and the food was so mouth watering good! If you're looking to fill a sweet tooth I recommend their homemade ice creams or there cast iron cooked cobbler! I had a homemade hand battered chicken tender plate with potato salad and topped it off with homemade strawberry ice cream. They told use they source their produce from local farmers too! I can't express how truely satisfied we were with this spot! A definite A++++++ recommend to all!!
We came here for some dessert. The desserts were good but the rootbeer was awesome. I know it was just a bottled soda but it was so creamy. The store was very cozy.
If you like home cooking this is the place to go! Wonderful staff and great atmosphere. The best in Jasper!
You must stop and eat here. The owner is working and everything is made in house. Real good breakfast.
Great homemade food. I love the small-town atmosphere, wonderful people. We will be back!!!
Great gumbo on Friday a beautiful drive to a wonderful meal life is Good.
It's warm, comfortable. Smells fantastic. Help is great. Coffee is good! And a homemade muffin just makes your day.
Very disappointed that the servers did not wear masks. The state has mandated the use of masks but they choose to ignore the mandate.
Great place for breakfast they have more than just baked goods. Bacon, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy. All the good stuff and more.
Feel good bakery, cafeteria.
Stopped through Jasper on the way to waterfall hike. Been through Jasper many times and tried all of the local restaurants. This was a new one to us so we gave it a try and we’re not disappointed. The service was fast and friendly. The chicken soup was awesome as was the potato salad. Too full to try any of the extensive ice cream deserts but will hit them next time through. Definitely stop in this place. Went back several hours later, after hiking. Wanted a coke float. They were out of ice cream. Damn.Stopped back in the next morning for breakfast. It was very good. Their muffins are awesome!
All I can contest to is the chicken. Don't get a chicken sandwich they don't know how to grill it. They salads are leafy & fresh.
Excellent service! Delicious breakfasts! Must try cinnamon roll
Oh my yumminess!!! We stopped here because I was craving ice cream and this place satisfied that sweet tooth! It was amazing!!!!
Just had the home made deserts. Great.
Excellent breakfast foods and drinks and the staff was personal and kind. Definitely coming here again!
